Today I will tell you about my journey toward meditation. It is a very exciting journey. I hope all of you who read this blog will enjoy it. If I can transform my life with meditation you can too. But commitment is necessary to do meditation.
I do not know anything about meditation until I pass the class 12 exam. After the class 12 exam, I am free. I do not have any work to do. One day I suddenly see a video about meditation. It was actually an accident to figure out this video.
After watching this I am pretty much interested in doing meditation. If at that time I have any work to do then probably I do not think about meditation since I am free thus I think about to give a try on meditation.
Then I became curious about meditation. I want to know how to do meditation properly so that I will get more benefits. I learn about the posture of the body during meditation and hand position.
In meditation body posture and hand, the position is very important.
Some of you may say why I have to do meditation. I do not have any time to do meditation or I am busy. One thing you must have to understand in order to live happily meditation is very important. You will say why?
I will say you why just bear with me. See in our century stress and tension is common. Most of the people who work day and night without caring about their body and mind one day they will realize what mistakes they are made. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO RIGHT THING YOU WILL GET TIME TO DO WRONG THING>
This is our life. This body and mind is our responsibility. To make our body and mind in the best possible manner meditation is very important.

How to do meditation?
Now I will teach you how to do a proper meditation.
First Always make sure that your body should be erect during meditation. And be more relaxed during meditation.
There are many hand positions is available but I prefer the Dhyan mudra in which you have to put the first finger of your hand inside the thumb of your hand.
Now proper way to do meditation is to sit in sukhasana or any asan in which you feel comfortable then make sure that your body posture and hand position are correct. After this just aware of your breath. Just aware of your breath in and out from your belly. This is the simplest kind of meditation.
