How to eliminate Fear?

 


Do you know the biggest fear of people all around the world is public speaking? All fear is not bad like running away from a dangerous wild animal, afraid of getting an electric shock, etc. One thing you must have to understand the human mind is made only for survival. The mind always seeks familiar over unfamiliar. But this fear may become a roadblock in our path while we are working on our goal. Thus some fear must be encountered in order to eliminate it. 

The best way to eliminate fear is by exposing yourself to fear situations for example if you afraid to talk to people you must talk to people every day until you are familiar with people.




Now the action is a must in order to eliminate fear. Best way to taking action by using Mel Robbins 5 sec rule.
 

Now if you feel fear in any situation then count backward from 5 to 1 then take action. If you do this continuously you will feel more confident in fearful situations. But you have to take action on a daily basis until you are familiar with the fear situation. About 66 days take in order to form a habit thus after 66 days this action behavior will be automatic.
